Little City Kids is owned and operated by Robin M. Stearns, the executive director. The director of the program reports directly to her, and oversees all administrative duties, although many responsibilities are delegated to staff members who have been promoted to "Coordinator" status. For example, program development is delegated to the Curriculum Coordinator, employee management and scheduling is delegated to the Employee Relations Coordinator. Please see all the job descriptions, requirements and duties at the end of this handbook. The assistant director reports to the director, and although the director's door is always open, the teachers and teachers' assistants should report to the Employee Relations Coordinator before addressing the director on daily work-related issues.
