Our first episode focuses on defining "quality" in childcare. It is hosted by Robin Stearns, with guests Stephen Kalmar, a licensing specialist from the Wisconsin Division of Children and Family Services Bureau of Regulation and Licensing, and Kate Studebaker, the Director of Operations at Little City Kids franchise services, who is responsible for quality control throughout the franchise network.
In this episode, we touch on the topics of staff development, environment, atmosphere, state regulations, and services offered, and what parents can look for when they are in selecting care for their children. This episode will help answer many of their questions as well as promote an awareness of the issues facing the childcare industry today.
